Can I change my tier later?

What does 'unlimited remote troubleshooting' include?

Any time something isn't working — email won't send, WiFi drops, an app is acting up — call us and we fix it remotely at no extra charge. It doesn't include training, new setups, or executive services.

Who is covered under my membership?

Everyone living at the same address. If your spouse, a family member, or a caregiver lives with you, they're covered too.

What's the difference between agent matching and a Personal Tech Specialist?

Agent matching (Silver) means we try to pair you with the same person when scheduling allows. A Personal Tech Specialist (Gold+) means you have one assigned person who knows your entire setup — every time.

What does 'Extended Family Access' mean on Silver?

Your children, their spouses, and your grandchildren get 25% off in-person services for their own devices. They don't need their own membership.

How do payment plans work?

For larger services, we can spread the cost over monthly payments. Your membership must stay active during the repayment period.

What is the Inclusive tier for?

It's designed specifically for seniors who can no longer manage their own technology independently. We handle everything — accounts, devices, updates, even phone service. If you're not sure whether this applies, call us and we'll talk it through.
