Bronze is discounts only for you — no included services and no family coverage. Silver adds unlimited remote troubleshooting for everyone, family-wide discounts, and a dedicated specialist.
What does 'unlimited remote troubleshooting' include?
Any time something isn't working — email, WiFi, apps, account access — anyone in the family can call and we fix it remotely at no extra charge. Doesn't include training or new setups.
What if my parent needs more support than Family Membership provides?
If your parent needs comprehensive daily technology management, the Senior Inclusive tier ($450/mo) may be a better fit. We can help you figure out the right option.
Can my parents access the senior member community?
Yes, at Silver and Gold tiers. They get access to the private Facebook group where they can connect with other seniors for support and questions.
