How does nonprofit pricing work?

Registered nonprofits get a reduced monthly rate on every tier. Just let us know your nonprofit status when you sign up.

What does 'unlimited remote troubleshooting' include?

Any time something isn't working — email, WiFi, software, account access — call us and we fix it remotely at no extra charge. Doesn't include training, new setups, or project work.

What's covered under 'employee onboarding/offboarding'?

When you hire or let someone go, we handle the tech side — setting up devices, accounts, and access for new employees, and securing/removing access for departing ones. Included in Growth and Enterprise.

Do you work with our existing IT tools and vendors?

Yes. We work with whatever you're already using and coordinate with your existing vendors when needed.

What counts as 'after-hours emergency support'?

Critical issues outside business hours — network down, security breach, system failure. Available at Professional and above.

What if we have more than 10 employees?

The Enterprise tier is built for larger or more complex businesses. Contact us for a custom quote based on your specific needs.
