Our primary focus is seniors and older adults, but we also serve families who are supporting aging parents and small businesses that need reliable technology support.

You get matched with one dedicated agent who learns your setup, your devices, and how you like things explained. We're local, we come to your home, and everything we do is designed specifically for how older adults use technology.

What services do you offer?
We offer over 50 services across 11 categories — including device setup, repair, training, scam protection, smart home installation, internet and WiFi help, and more. Browse our full catalog on our Services page.
How much do your services cost?
In-home services are $120/hour. Remote services are $45/hour. Hardware repair is $145/hour plus parts. Members save 15–35% on every service.
Do you offer remote support?
Yes. Many of our services can be delivered remotely — we connect to your device over the phone or video and walk you through everything. Some services require an in-home visit.
Do you sell products?
Yes. We sell the Tech Relief Paper Password Manager and may offer additional products in the future. Contact us to order.
Do you offer training?
Yes — patient, one-on-one training on your devices and apps. We also offer structured multi-session programs for deeper learning, like our Navigating Your Computer program (16 sessions) and Password Management program (5 sessions).
Membership
What is a Tech Relief membership?
Membership gives you ongoing access to a dedicated support agent, discounts on all services, and included benefits like unlimited remote troubleshooting. It's like having a technology expert in your corner all the time.
How much does membership cost?
Senior memberships start at $15/month. Family memberships start at $25/month. Business memberships start at $45/month. All plans are month-to-month with no contracts.
Is there a contract?
No. Every membership plan is month-to-month. Cancel anytime, no fees, no penalties.
Can I use your services without a membership?
Absolutely. Anyone can book a service at our standard rates. Membership just gives you discounts, included services, and a dedicated agent.
How do I sign up?

Scheduling & Service Delivery
How do I schedule a service?
Call us or fill out the form on our Contact page. We'll discuss your needs and schedule an appointment that works for you.
What happens during an in-home visit?
Your agent arrives at your home at the scheduled time, assesses the situation, does the work, and makes sure you understand everything before they leave. No rushing.
How does remote support work?
We connect to your device securely over the phone or video. You can see everything we're doing, and we explain each step as we go. It's like having us in the room — just over the phone.
How quickly can I get an appointment?
It depends on availability, but most appointments are scheduled within a few days. Members with priority scheduling may get same-day or next-day availability.
Security & Privacy
What is the Scam Identification Hotline?
Members can call or forward suspicious emails, texts, or messages to our scam hotline anytime. We'll tell you if it's real or a scam — usually within minutes. It's included with every membership.
Is my information safe with Tech Relief?
Yes. We take your privacy seriously. We never share your personal information, and all remote sessions are conducted over secure connections.
What if I've already been scammed?
Call us immediately. We'll assess the damage, secure your accounts, and guide you through next steps. This is one of our most common service calls — there's no judgment, just help.
Do you install antivirus software?
Yes. We install and configure trusted security software, and our Gold membership tier includes a Malwarebytes subscription at no additional cost.

Do you travel to my home?
Yes. In-home service is one of our core offerings. Your agent comes to you.
Can I get help if I live outside your service area?
Yes — remotely. If your issue can be handled over the phone or video, we can help regardless of location. In-home visits are limited to our Low Country service area.
